The symptoms of this disease are gaining extra weight, lethargy, fatigue urinate frequently, vomiting, nausea, blurred vision, continuous hunger even when you have eaten food and skin infection.
If the symptoms get worse then it will lead to labor complications like large baby that require caesarian operation, premature labor, etc and the newborn will suffer from long period of jaundice, diabetes, blurred vision, etc. Whether these symptoms show up or not, the pregnant lady should take tests related to gestational diabetes during here twenty-four to twenty-eight week of pregnancy. The doctors will make the pregnant women who suffer from this problem to keep re testing until their sugar levels become normal again.
Fortunately, gestational diabetes can easily be reduced through regular exercising and by eating a healthy diet. You must contact a dietitian or nutritionist who will guide you ways through which you can keep your sugar level normal and prevent this condition.
